All commissions are optional.This means if ZillGrim can cancel any order.
He is fully in his right to decline the request.

Terms of Service

ZillGrim as an artist:
- Have the right to decline or cancel any order.
- Still have the right over ZillGrim art, meaning ZillGrim can use it on any social platform/printing/portifolio etc.
- Is allowed to do all/any commission on stream. (You will be tagged)You as the client
- Commercial use: anything where you will profit off ZillGrim art like merch, vtubing.
The right to make money out of the art is included in the price.- Do not use for AI training or NFT
- Credit of ZillGrim's art is required.
If any.. Do not remove watermark/signature.

Does and Don't

ORDERING

- DM ZillGrim on Twitter/X, Discord or Bluesky
- Reference image of character, pose, outfits, mood/expression must be provided before commission get's accepted.This is for ZillGrim to see if he can be able to do the commission or not.
- Once accepted, the full payment must be done. ZillGrim will then start sketching the idea.
- Redrawing sketch can be done max 2 times. After that there is no going back.
- Finished commission will be sent through E-mail or discord.

adaptation info

- Adaptation are sold as commercial use.- Payment must be done within 48hrs after order has been confirmed.
- Adopts can have some minor changes to your liking but do no changing of the whole design (aka base design)
- You have the rights of the character as the owner, But ZillGrim as the artist have the right as the creator (and credit is required).If the commission were to find a new home after you:
- You're not allowed to sell at higher price for said commission.
- Commission you ask for as a gift/fanart are free to do with as you wish.
- I would like to know who the next owner is. If you sell the adapt.

Payment

- Ko-fi.com Payment must be paid within 2 days or order will be cancelled.
- Payment must be done in Euro (€). Make sure to calculate the cost in your respective currency.
- Full payment is made upfront once accepted.
- No refund rights after ZillGrim begun sketching.- Canceling can only happen 1-2 days after order has been accepted. This will give you time to confirm if you want to commission or not.
(The day it get accepted count as day 1)
